1. Order | Pay
Very simple: As soon as you have paid for the items in the shopping cart, they are reserved for you or will be manufactured for you immediately. Paying is also very easy. You pay either directly with your credit card or with PayPal.
2. Register | privacy
Very simple: enter your data without any worries.
We will not pass them on to third parties.
We do not store credit card details.
We will not spam you.
3. Colors | deviations
Very simple: the colors are real.
Deviations arise from the display of each individual screen.
Deviations are caused by different production processes.
The tolerance is 10%.
4. Guarantee | return
Very simple: we guarantee against production errors.
If you discover a defect in the product you have ordered, please send us an email within 10 working days of receipt. We will then tell you how to send the item back to us free of charge.
Please note that we do not take back any goods because you do not like them.
5. Shipping | transport insurance
Very simple: We mainly ship from Switzerland with SwissPost. In some cases, our production partners also ship directly from the EU.
We will insure your shipment against loss or damage. When you receive your package, you confirm with your signature that you have received the package in undamaged condition. Any damage to the package must be noted on the receipt.
In the event of unjustified refusal to accept the goods delivered by us, we will charge you for the costs incurred for returning the goods and sending them to you again. Our right to fulfillment of the purchase contract remains unaffected.
We accept no liability for packages delivered late.
6. Taxes | VAT | Customs
Very simple: If the delivery is made from Switzerland VAT is included in the prices for Swiss customers. If your order is not made from Switzerland, you must pay the local taxes / VAT / customs duties directly to the post office or courier according to the laws of your country.
